D'Shaun got into real estate for the same reason he got into education and student affairs. He found that his passion is helping people in any which way he can. Real estate allows him to have the flexibility and freedom to be in the business of helping people. It is a lot more than just buying land and four walls; real estate Is about helping someone find somewhere to safely lay their heads and is the gateway to generational wealth.

D'Shaun is a music junkie at heart! In his free time, if he is not updating playlists, finding new artists, or practicing, you can find him playing with his fur-baby, Honcho! He is a year and a half old German Shepherd mix, but still acts like a puppy and keeps D'Shaun active.

Prior to starting his real estate career, D'Shaun graduated from the University of National Champions - sorry, University of North at Chapel Hill where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a double minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. He is also a proud Spring 17 initiate of the Theta Omicron of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
